This page from a fictional archaeology journal, dated 1936, reports on Indy's exploits during Raiders of the Lost Ark.

It begins with the events leading to the discovery of the Golden Idol in Peru and continues through his acquisition of the Headpiece in Nepal and the German dig in Egypt. Because of the lack of proof of any major finds during these adventures, Dr. Jones is mildly scourned by this scientific journal. Below the article is an insert with a sketch and brief history of the Ark of the Covenant.
