Seen in the computer game and comic book series, The Fate of Atlantis, this horned idol was first found by Indy and Marcus in the museum's collection. Other idols were found in other sites around the world.

The version at left is constructed entirely by hand out of wood. It is painted and aged to look like an ancient statuette. The eyes and mouth are both carved and painted black. Dark blue accents are painted around the neck and at the base in a wave pattern.

The entire idol is coated in a gloss polyacrylic to protect from the affects of real aging and to give this replica gorgeous shine without taking away from it's old appearance.
